Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a memorable dining experience
- Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures to meet health regulations
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performing team committed to excellence in food service and hospitality
- Coordinate shift management, scheduling, and staffing levels to meet business demands while controlling costs
- Monitor budget adherence, analyze sales data, and implement initiatives to maximize profitability
Skills
- Extensive experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
- Proven leadership skills in supervising teams within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments
- Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; adept at cash handling procedures
- Deep understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and inventory control processes
- Strong training & development capabilities to enhance staff skills and operational performance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis within a restaurant environment
