Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our bustling restaurant operations. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a memorable dining experience
  • Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures to meet health regulations
  • Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performing team committed to excellence in food service and hospitality
  • Coordinate shift management, scheduling, and staffing levels to meet business demands while controlling costs
  • Monitor budget adherence, analyze sales data, and implement initiatives to maximize profitability

Skills

  • Extensive experience in restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
  • Proven leadership skills in supervising teams within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments
  • Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; adept at cash handling procedures
  • Deep understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and inventory control processes
  • Strong training & development capabilities to enhance staff skills and operational performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis within a restaurant environment
