We're seeking a
passionate, innovative Head Baker
to lead our baking team and help shape the future of a historic brand. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to
create exceptional artisanal baked goods
, experiment with new recipes, mentor a talented team, and oversee the entire baking process—from ingredient sourcing to final presentation.
What you'll do:
- Lead daily production of breads, pastries, and specialty items
- Innovate with seasonal recipes and new techniques
- Train, mentor, and inspire a collaborative baking team
- Manage inventory, equipment, scheduling, and production flow
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and consistency
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience
(artisan breads, pastries, cakes) - Proven leadership or team management experience
- Strong culinary creativity and attention to detail
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
Pay:
$30–$35/hour (based on experience)
