About the Role
DSI Security is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee and support branch operations across Florida. This leadership role is responsible for operational excellence, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance across multiple branches and accounts.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong contract security experience who embodies DSI's core value: Do What You Say You Will Do (DWYSYWD).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple branches within the assigned region
- Support and develop Branch Managers and Operations leadership through coaching, accountability, and performance management
- Ensure consistent compliance with DSI policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards
- Monitor and manage key performance metrics including staffing levels, overtime/NBOT, scheduling efficiency, and service delivery
- Partner with Recruiting, HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure staffing stability and operational continuity
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and operational reviews to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing escalations and ensuring service excellence
- Lead incident response, investigations, and corrective action planning as needed
- Prepare and present operational updates and performance summaries to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in contract security operations, preferably at the multi-site or regional level
- Strong understanding of security operations, staffing models, scheduling, and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and hold leaders accountable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze operational and financial data to drive performance improvements
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Florida and South Georgia as needed
- Prior experience with DSI systems and processes is a plus
