Position Overview

Our growing Creative Production team at HYBE America is seeking an entry-level
Creative Production Coordinator
to help maximize efficiency within production budgets while delivering the highest-quality creative output. This role will serve as a key facilitator for seamless collaboration across teams and departments, strengthening cross-functional alignment and helping establish processes that support effective creative planning and execution. The Creative Production Coordinator will also support the development of creative capabilities across the organization, contributing to both team growth and artist success by helping elevate internal production skills and best practices.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of creative production, project management, and operations.
  • Manage production milestones(including artist rehearsal schedules), album, and project budgets.
  • Monitor and implement improvements to enhance production process efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with related teams, external vendors, and partners, including contract execution and management.
  • Provide on-site support for various production activities.
  • Handle creative execution and operational tasks for new projects such as festivals, award shows, artist collaborations, OSTs, and more.
  • Manage logistics for business trips.
  • Provide additional support for streamlining operations (e.g., risk management, data management and archiving, e-accounting assistance)

Working Environment

  • Need to work at least 3 days a week at the Santa Monica office
  • Requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours during peak production periods, including evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Fast-paced, high-expectation environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge or practical experience in artist development, creative production, music label systems and workflows

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience in project management in the music industry.
  • Ability to work with several levels of an organization in parallel, including ensuring quality implementation.

Salary Range

The salary range for this job is $70,304 to $80,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
