Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Employment Shift: Evening and Overnight Shifts Available; Full - time or Part - time.

Starting Pay: $18.50-$23 per hour + shift differentials, (Compensation will be determined by a set wage scale based on skill set and years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping and cleaning of resident rooms and equipment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
• Participate in resident activities and recreational programs.
• Attend to all resident personal hygiene and personal care needs, including but not limited to grooming, hygiene, dining and nutritional needs, mobility, elimination, psychosocial and safety needs.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to complete on-the-job training if not certified.
• Compassion, patience, and a desire to work with seniors.
• Strong communication skills
• Punctual with good attendance
