Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Ducting Installer to join our expanding service and installation team. This is a hands-on field position that requires travel to customer locations throughout North America.

In this role, you will install ductwork, assemble dust collectors, and support system installations for industrial and woodworking facilities. You'll ensure every installation meets strict safety, quality, and performance standards while working closely with our engineering and field service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and align industrial dust collectors and ducting systems
• Work from blueprints and layout drawings to build efficient ducting configurations
• Perform on-site installation, adjustments, and inspections of dust collection systems
• Collaborate with the field service and engineering teams to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures and industry standards during installation
• Maintain clear documentation and reports of work completed

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong safety-first mindset: "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast"
• Ability to work independently or as part of a traveling installation team
• Willingness to travel across North America (typically 1–2 weeks per project)
• Experience in industrial HVAC, ventilation, sheet metal work, or mechanical installation is a strong asset
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles required
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
