We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to assist on the maintenance operations across our residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of appliances (washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators, etc.)
• Perform and oversee woodworking tasks, furniture repairs, and light carpentry
• Carry out preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
• Manage maintenance requests, inventory, and compliance documentation
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and property standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, appliance repair, and woodworking
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with residential and commercial property systems
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Trade certifications (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Experience in property maintenance
