AM server

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional AM Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food service operations. This role involves serving guests, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service during breakfast and brunch hours
• Must be able to be at work by 6:30am
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
• Set up and break down dining areas, including table settings and station organization
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary accommodations to assist guests effectively
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
• Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Support banquet or catering events as required, providing excellent service in various settings

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred, including banquet or catering experience
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and dietary accommodations
• Ability to serve efficiently during morning hours with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Experience in the food industry such as restaurant work, barista experience, or hospitality roles is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to adapt to different service settings and guest needs
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred
