What you'll do:
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts across rand*'s Austin and Houston offices. This includes the management of proposals, interview materials and other marketing content. This role is responsible for elevating the rand* brand throughout Texas and supports business development strategy, social media, industry organization participation and event management.
The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, operations, and preconstruction teams within our national marketing team. This position reports to the National Marketing and Strategy Director located in our Washington, D.C. headquarters.
