Position: Barista / Guest Experience Ambassador

As a Barista at Doña Chela, you are not only preparing drinks—you are crafting experiences. You will embody our values of hospitality, respect, and teamwork, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling cared for.

Core Responsibilities

· Craft with Care: Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and specialty beverages consistently, following recipes and presentation standards.

· Hospitality First: Welcome guests with warmth, provide personalized recommendations, and create an inviting environment.

· Support the Café Experience: Assist in food preparation (sandwiches, light lunches, pastries), ensuring freshness and quality.

· Maintain Cleanliness & Care: Keep work areas, counters, and guest spaces neat and organized, with weekly deep-clean routines.

· Work as a Team: Support teammates in peak hours, step into different roles when needed, and embody the spirit of collaboration.

· Operational Excellence: Restock supplies, handle transactions with accuracy, and follow café policies and safety guidelines.

· Experience in food service or coffee preparation is helpful, but not required—we value attitude and passion more than years behind an espresso machine.

Schedule & Location

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Location: Doña Chela Café, Las Vistas Shopping Village, Cupey
