Job Title: Compliance Technician - Manufacturing
Department: Processing
Reports To: Manufacturing Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Supervisor and production team with adherence to all compliance requirements as they relate to the inventory track and trace system as defined by the business and regulatory bodies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Under the supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor edit and print all labels for manufactured products while adhering to state required compliance regulations
- Ensure accurate conversions of potency percentages to milligram conversions for all manufactured goods
- Understanding of hardware and packaging requirements for all manufactured products and ability to create new label templates for new and old SKUs
- Complete all required inventory conversions/ consumptions utilizing the site's ERP or seed to sale tracking system
- Assist in the completion of weekly audits in the digital and physical inventory rooms, including cycle counts and end of month counts
- Ensure accurate inventory within designated area
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of daily, weekly, and monthly data collection
- Ensure all systems movements are completed prior to inventory audits
- Ensure all inventory movements are completed at the end of every shift so that closing and opening inventory is accurate
- Assist in raw material tracking and organizing as it pertains to site compliance
- Adherence to all manufacturing processes, policies and procedures
- Continuously place importance in the organizational goals and visions in relation to:
- Safety and security of employees and product
- Compliance to all policies, regulations, and laws set forth by the city, county and state as required to ensure security of the operating license
- Quality of product and packaging
- On-time delivery and customer service
- Process adherence and continuous improvement
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good interpersonal skills; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization
- 1-2 years of experience with thermal
