Why do we need you?
Perform maintenance functions for manufacturing, support equipment and office facilities with minimal supervision. Build new or modify existing equipment per Engineering specifications. This position will rotate between 1st and 2nd shift.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
Repair hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic and electrical components with minimal supervision.
Inspect equipment in preparation for Preventative Maintenance, requisitioning specific repair parts.
Coordinate Preventative Maintenance schedule with Store Service for parts availability to minimize machine downtime.
Inform supervision of any problems or specific requirements.
Repair, modify or fabricate miscellaneous mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems per engineering specifications.
Perform repairs quickly and efficiently to ensure plant reliability.
Operate various pieces of maintenance equipment as required in the performance of job duties.
Observe safety rules, housekeeping, and federal, state, and local regulations at all times and bring all non-compliance to the supervisor's attention.
Practice good housekeeping at all times.
Complete special assignments or projects as requested by supervision.
All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of maintenance/repair experience in hydraulic, mechanical,
electrical, pneumatic, and electrical lift equipment and wire guide systems or equivalent
training/certification.Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic prints.
Possess electrical knowledge and designation as a qualified employee under NFPA-70E.
Possess good working knowledge of meters, oscilloscopes, and other test instruments.
Ability to operate standard repair shop tools.
Possess a high school or equivalent level knowledge of math concepts.
Be self motivated and organized, and possess good communication skills.
Ability and willingness to work in a team-oriented work group.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
Ability to work 40 hours during a defined shift, plus overtime and holidays as required.
Ability to work any shift.
