ET Investments is a growing organization in the title and escrow industry, supporting multiple subsidiary agencies across several states. We are looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator with strong design instincts to help execute a wide range of marketing projects across print, digital, and data-driven campaigns.
This role is ideal for:
- Someone building a career in marketing and design who wants real-world experience.
- Or someone with solid experience who needs the flexibility of part-time work.
You'll work closely with our marketing and agency teams to support campaigns that serve real estate professionals and internal business teams.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a practical, execution-focused role. Typical work includes:
- Learning and using internal data tools to create targeted marketing lists for real estate professionals.
- Building "FARM" (Focused Area Real Estate Marketing) campaigns — highly targeted homeowner databases based on geographic areas.
- Helping create Property Profile Books for clients, which summarize ownership, property details, sales comparables, schools, demographics, and local market information.
- Designing and proofing marketing materials for print and digital use.
- Assisting with website and intranet updates.
- Preparing print-ready files and coordinating with print vendors.
- Supporting social media content and helping with basic video creation and editing (short-form content, simple interviews, internal or client-facing videos).
- Coordinating multiple small projects across different agencies.
What We're Looking For
- Strong design instincts and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work with real estate and property data systems.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere or similar video tools a plus).
- Comfort juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Interest in learning the broader scope of marketing, not just design.
- Basic familiarity with websites and digital content (HTML/CSS a plus, not required).
- Some exposure to video creation (shooting, editing, or social video) is a strong plus.
Work Details
- Part-time: 16–24 hours per week
- (Up to ~32 hours during peak periods)
