Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and safety.

Duties:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management

• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks

• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

Skills:

• Experience in senior care, or direct support is preferred

• Knowledge of resident rights and patient care practices

• Ability to work with hospice care patients

• Strong caregiving skills with a focus on empathy and compassion

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Understanding of social work principles in a caregiving setting
