Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper/Laundry to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and excellence in service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials in guest rooms and common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by housekeeping management.

Skills

• Proven experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
