Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified solar appointments with potential clients interested in solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in telemarketing or inside sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business while developing your skills in technology and business development within the renewable energy sector. This position is 100% flexible and hours you work are to your discretion from anywhere from 9am-8:45pm CST.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective customers using warm calling techniques and marketing strategies (No cold calling)
- Engage with potential clients via phone, establishing rapport and understanding their energy needs
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria related to solar energy solutions
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested and qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments within GoHighLevel
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to address customer questions and objections effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, B2C sales, inside sales, or technical sales preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software such as GoHighLevel or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service, and business development
- Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, and marketing campaigns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing leads and appointments
- Prior knowledge in sales or renewable energy industry is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is advantageous.
