Event Marketing Associate

Overview

We are hiring an Event Marketing Associate to join our growing team in the Fort Worth area. In this role, you will work at promotional events and retail-based marketing setups, engage with customers, and help represent our brand partners in a positive and professional way. This position is hands-on, people-focused, and ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction and fast-paced environments.

This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at promotional events and retail marketing locations
• Share information about products, services, and current promotions
• Create a welcoming and energetic experience for event attendees
• Assist with basic sign-ups, inquiries, and customer questions
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all events
• Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly outreach goals
• Participate in ongoing training to improve communication and event marketing skills

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is a plus (not required)
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people in person
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, public-facing environments
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Willingness to learn and grow within event marketing and brand promotion
