We're seeking a charismatic, sharp, wellness-minded Care Coordinator & Medical Assistant (Dual Role) to be both the welcoming face of our clinic and an essential part of our clinical support team. This position blends front desk responsibilities with hands-on medical tasks such as blood draws, vitals, patient intakes, stocking, and provider support — all in a warm, modern, wellness-focused environment that feels nothing like a sterile office and nothing like a medspa. This is a dynamic, fast paced environment and we are looking for someone who takes initiative and is a good team player.

What You'll Do

Front Office + Care Coordination

• Welcome patients and set the tone with positivity and professionalism
• Manage phones, scheduling, and patient communication
• Keep the front office organized, efficient, and running smoothly
• Guide conversations toward solutions, including memberships, products, and services
• Support patient onboarding, follow-up care, and general clinic flow

Medical Assistant Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and prepare specimens according to protocol
• Take vitals, document patient intakes, and obtain medical histories
• Assist with injections or treatments as directed by providers
• Restock rooms, manage clinical inventory, and ensure daily readiness
• Collaborate closely with providers to support patient care and clinic efficiency

• Comfortable engaging patients in conversation and making them feel valued
• Confident guiding conversations toward solutions (soft selling of memberships, services, products)
• Organized and detail-oriented while maintaining a friendly, calm presence
• Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
• Passionate about health, fitness, or personal wellness
• Prior medical experience, phlebotomy, or front office experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person

• Starting pay $17.50–$21/hr, depending on experience
