Role Description

The Associate Attorney will provide legal representation and counsel in various areas of mortgage law with a focus on loan resolution, foreclosure, and related matters. Responsibilities include court appearances, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, negotiating agreements, and advising clients on legal matters. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Philadelphia, PA, allowing for both in-office and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mortgage law and default services legal practice
• Strong skills in Research and providing accurate Legal Advice
• Experience in effective Negotiation and conflict resolution strategies
• Active Pennsylvania bar license; New Jersey bar is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
