We're now looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help bring our food vision to life.

Job Summary:
As a Line Cook at The Cage Cocktail Bar, you'll be a key player in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and speed. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every plate served matches our standards for taste, presentation, and timing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with health and safety standards
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and kitchen maintenance
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team
• Uphold The Cage's standards for quality, consistency, and creativity

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience required, especially in working multiple stations like grill, sautee, pizza, and fry.
• Strong work ethic and a passion for food and hospitality
• Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
• Food Handler's Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
