Base Salary: $50,000 per year + Commissions + Bonuses

You'll be representing Spectrum's entertainment services — including Internet, TV, and Mobile — helping customers find solutions that fit their needs. You'll work in a variety of environments and weather conditions, bringing top-quality service directly to customers' doors.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $50,000 per year
• Bonuses & Commissions: Unlimited earning potential
• $2,000 guaranteed commission check during your first 3 months – on top of your base salary and any additional commissions earned

What You'll Do

• Engage with potential customers outdoors in assigned territories
• Sell Spectrum's Internet, TV, and Mobile services
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Passion for helping customers and providing solutions
• Prior sales experience is a plus (but not required — we provide full training)
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as business needs dictate to maximize prospective customer contact.
• A valid driver's license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
