Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Sales Coordinator to support our salon, retail, and e-commerce operations. You will manage inventory, process orders, assist clients, and coordinate appointments. Amazing communication skills, professionalism, and a polished presence are absolutely required.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily salon and retail operations
• Assist clients with product selection and purchases in-store and online
• Pack and ship e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently
• Book and manage appointments while keeping calendars organized
• Support general operational needs to keep everything running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role
• Must be 18 years or older
• Exceptional communication skills are a must
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a start-up, client-focused environment
• Available to work 40 hours per week

The Interview Process
Our interview process is designed in two steps: first, a brief phone interview, followed by a more in-depth in-person meeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
