Compensation for pay will be based on experience and open to negotiation.

About this Role
We are seeking a hands-on Production Floor Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations of our manufacturing production floor. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a safe, organized and motivated work environment. This position requires presence on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Lead, train and mentor production staff to ensure productivity, safety and quality goals are met.
  • Monitor workflow, staffing levels and equipment performance to optimize output and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, logistics and engineering Teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports and metrics for performance tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and company policies.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and support on-time delivery.
  • Be actively involved on the production floor, providing hands-on support and problem solving in real time.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to motivate Teams.
  • Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement and quality systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with production management software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support production demands.
