Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse or family members.
• Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and their families to foster a supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide compassionate caregiving
• Willingness to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Basic knowledge of first aid (preferred)
• Experience in home and community care settings (preferred)
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• A positive attitude and a commitment to patient care
