What Do We Do?

As a dedicated Team Member, you are a vital member of the Fazoli's team who is also learning and developing the essential skills to advance your career. You will work closely with your management team and crew to ensure the success of your Fazoli's Restaurant. In order to fulfill this important role successfully you will need the following:

Responsibilities

A Team Member is responsible for preparing food quickly and accurately, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Food Preparation: Prepare various menu items, including cooking, grilling, baking, frying, and steaming, following established recipes and procedures.
• Food Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety protocols and handling food with care.
• Speed & Accuracy: Work efficiently and accurately to ensure food is prepared quickly and correctly, meeting customer expectations.
• Station Set-Up & Prep: Set up and maintain their assigned station, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are readily available.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient food preparation.
• Quality Control: Ensure food quality and presentation meet Fazoli's standards, contributing to a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Casual dining/fast casual experience preferred but not required. Associates with grand opening and high-volume experience are highly encouraged to applied.

Number of Positions to Fill:

5-8 Part-time Associates with availabilities from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

5-8 Part-time Associates with availabilities from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Associates with open availabilities are more likely to earn more hours and higher pay opportunities.
