Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Monthly Bonus: $500 – $2,000 (RVU-based incentives)

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist provides high-quality, individualized care to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. This role combines autonomy in patient management with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and a superior patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and functional movement assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Deliver therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with referring providers and healthcare team members
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery goals, and home programs
  • Document care accurately and promptly in the EMR
  • Support preventative care and promote long-term wellness
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Master's degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
  • Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Proficiency with EMR and documentation systems
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
