Key Objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, the recruiter combines elite sourcing craft, competitor intelligence, and structured assessment coaching to ensure Lummus Technology consistently hires executives who can scale operations.
Key Accountabilities
Executive & VP Partnership:
- Partner with Executives and VPs to anticipate leadership needs, succession risks, and future capability gaps across Industrial Technology and Chemicals
Proactive Search & Market Mapping:
- Build forward-looking leadership pipelines for Director level and above roles in Finance, IT, AI/Data, Digital, Sales, and Marketing within global industrial and chemical companies.
Headhunting & Engagement:
- Identify and engage passive senior talent from publicly traded US companies, using targeted, confidential outreach.
Screening & Shortlisting:
- Assess leadership capability, functional expertise, and alignment with Lummus values.
Interview Management:
- Lead structured interviews and ensure prompt, high-quality feedback from all stakeholders.
Talent Management Collaboration:
- Partner with the Talent Management team to align external hiring with leadership frameworks, succession plans, and internal mobility.
Offer & Close:
- Manage offer discussions, compensation alignment, and closure with professionalism and confidentiality.
Onboarding & Transition:
- Support onboarding in partnership with HR and Talent Management through the first 90 days.
Time-to-Fill & Quality:
- Deliver prompt, high-quality leadership hires without compromising fit or values

Experience And Qualifications
- 10+ years of executive search / headhunting experience
- Combination of true "headhunting" and corporate recruiting preferred.
- Proven record of accomplishment in building pipelines and closing senior operational hires.
- Proficiency with focused sourcing, assessment frameworks, and talent intelligence.
- Exceptional discretion, executive presence, and advisory capability with senior leadership teams.
