What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage a high volume of projects with tight and frequently shifting timelines, ensuring schedules are updated and prioritized
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of project scope, key milestones, and timelines to maintain a detailed project schedule
• Communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders and maintain strong professional relationships
• Identify and document potential scheduling risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather essential scheduling inputs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• At least 5 years of experience managing high-volume, fast-paced projects
• Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Proficiency with project management and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel)
• College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience; Associates degree in Engineering or related field preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP certification preferred
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or AV systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
