Our client partners with a variety of brands, retailers, and service providers to deliver innovative brand promotions and face-to-face sales campaigns that connect customers with products they love. They're looking for confident, engaging Customer Service & Sales Associates to join their growing team.
This position combines customer engagement, relationship building, and in-person sales. You'll represent multiple brands at pop-up stands, in-store promotions, and event-based activations — turning conversations into conversions while providing a friendly, positive customer experience.

Job Description / What You'll Be Doing
Represent leading brands across lifestyle, retail, and consumer campaigns through professional, energetic brand promotions and sales initiatives that attract attention and drive interest.
Approach and welcome customers face-to-face, using friendly conversation starters to create rapport, identify needs, and introduce current products, promotions, or services.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and confidently communicate features, benefits, and value to help customers make informed decisions.
Handle questions and objections effectively, using consultative techniques to guide customers toward a suitable purchase or sign-up option.
Promote offers, loyalty programs, and campaign incentives, ensuring that every interaction contributes to both customer satisfaction and measurable sales growth.
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, tracking performance daily and celebrating wins with your teammates.
Complete accurate transaction and data recording, processing customer information securely and following company compliance standards.
Maintain the professional appearance of brand displays, ensuring stands, signage, and promotional materials reflect client standards at all times.
Collaborate with your team and event manager to share ideas, refine pitches, and improve campaign performance week by week.
Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen your product knowledge, body language, and closing techniques for face-to-face sales.
What You'll Get
Our client offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with average weekly earnings between $800 – $1,200 depending on performance. Weekly pay, daily bonuses, and performance incentives keep motivation high.
