What you'll be doing: - This is not a Sales Position.
- Answer phones and emails with a friendly, professional attitude
- Talk to customers, be personable, collect all relevant data, and occasionally keep them updated on their projects (as trained and directed)
- Ability to pivot conversationally, lead the discussion while still allowing the customer to feel heard and understood
- Enter job details and notes into our system, making sure everything stays up to date and consistently organized
- Review documentation to make sure things are accurate and completed following prescribed procedures
- Post simple updates on social media and websites (training provided)
- Help the team stay on track by effectively communicating with management and coworkers, respectfully
- Support daily office operations- jumping in where needed, but being able to adhere to a structured day
- Scheduling
- Other tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
- Experience in an office, administrative, dispatch, data entry, or customer service role
- Someone who shows up on time, works hard, and communicates clearly
- Someone with integrity and follow-through
- Someone who adjusts quickly to changes in priorities and routine.
- Excellent discernment in terms of identifying high-priority tasks and communications
- Good phone and email communication skills (Excellent listening skills and a clear, conversational speaking voice are essential)
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new programs
- Organized and detail-oriented — likes checking things off a list
- Reliable transportation for in-person work
- Someone who sees constructive criticism as an opportunity for strategic problem-solving
- Able to focus and work diligently throughout the day, keeping a consistent schedule and excellent attendance
Requirements:
- Integrity
- Strong strategic and problem-solving mindset, ability to multitask, and communicate proactively with a positive demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Agree to a criminal background check and drug screening
Bonus qualities and skills (Not Required):
- Familiarity with home service trades industries
- Dispatch/ Scheduling Experience
- Experience in using CRM databases
- Lives in or near Richmond Hill, GA (this is an in-person position)
- Multi-lingual
