Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Ellisville Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our nursing home facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, home care, and memory care, along with exceptional financial acumen and social work skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality resident care

• Oversee budgeting and financial management for the facility

• Ensure compliance with all regulations related to resident rights and long-term care

• Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing home

• Coordinate with staff to provide optimal care for residents

• Work closely with individuals having developmental disabilities

• Implement programs to enhance the well-being of residents

Skills:

• Proficient in budgeting and financial management

• Strong operations management skills

• Knowledge of resident rights and long-term care regulations

• Experience in senior care, home care, and memory care

• Ability to work with individuals having developmental disabilities

• Excellent social work skills for resident support
