Barista

Job Description:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while providing friendly and prompt service to guests. Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and ensures quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipes.
• Operate espresso and coffee machines, and maintain the cleanliness of equipment.
• Replenish supplies and assist with inventory control.
• Provide courteous service and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with food service or cashier duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate espresso machines and related equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
