What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage custom cloud security deployment projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Act as the primary customer contact, translating needs into technical requirements
• Collaborate with Platform Architects, R&D, Field Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Provide technical oversight to guide decisions and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain project documentation and optimize processes for efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in cloud security or IT
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP)
• Cloud or project management certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, PMP) are a plus
