We are a seeking a motivated and energetic Provider to join our collaborative TEAM of medical providers, chiropractors, rehab therapists.

Our primary patient base are patients who seek more natural alternatives to traditional musculoskeletal and other daily health conditions through our dynamic functional health treatments.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional, compassionate clinical care.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Assesses patient health status including state of wellness, compliance with the care plan and determines appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Basic imaging analysis and interpretation.
• Orders and interprets appropriate lab, x-ray and special studies.
• Evaluation and management of the musculoskeletal pain management (Non Narcotic) and associated functional health optimization patients.
• Patient evaluation and intake for service
• Physical Therapy evaluation
• DME evaluation / dispensing
• Large/Small joint Injections with assistance of ultrasound.
• Trigger Point Injection therapy
• Basic Primary Care
• Laboratory evaluation
• Medication adjustment
• Weight loss management
• Neuropathy Treatment
• Regenerative Medicine-PRP

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona license and DEA certificate.
• Experience with trigger point, bursa, shoulder, and knee injections preferred.
• Ability to work with diagnostic ultrasound.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:

• No nights , no weekends, No on call. No after hours charting.
• Part-time
• Tuesday : 8:30 am – 4:30pm and Wednesday 830-1pm

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $ $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 16 per week

License/Certification:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
