Bay Property Management Group (BMG) is hiring a Licensed Leasing Agent in the Austin Metro Area to support our growing portfolio of single-family homes and apartment communities. This opportunity is ideal for customer service professionals, sales executives, and leasing agents looking for a flexible, commission-based role with strong earning potential.

This is a W2, commission-only leasing position designed for motivated agents who thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Compensation

• $850 per completed lease
• No cap on commissions
• Income based on performance and availability

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries for rental properties in Austin, TX via phone, email, and text
• Conduct in-person property showings for single-family homes and apartments
• Market and list rental properties on MLS and rental listing platforms
• Manage the full leasing process, including applications, approvals, and lease execution
• Perform move-in inspections and upload required documentation and photos
• Communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
• Experience in leasing, real estate sales, or property management preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, smartphone, and laptop
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
