About The Role
The Relationship Manager is part of the Notion Sales organization who works closely with cross functional partners inside and outside of GTM. This individual owns the commercial relationship with the accounts they cover - including a specific focus on retaining their existing paid footprint, mitigating churn risk and ensuring their long term success. As part of this focus, Relationship Managers are measured on their book of business retention and ensuring we have predictable renewals that happen in a timely manner.
What You'll Achieve
- Shaping the Relationship Management Team: The Relationship Manager role is a newer team at Notion. You'll join at the perfect time to shape how we grow and scale the function from here.
- Meaningfully shape our future product: As you engage with customers, you'll gain insights to help us serve them better — and work with the product to inform what we do next.
- Commercial Point of Contact: You will be the primary commercial point of contact for all our customer's needs surrounding their renewal. You will summarize key learnings back to our leadership teams. This includes forecasting a healthy and predictable revenue business for your territory and identifying risks early
- Cross-functional partnership: Work with CSM team to identify at-risk accounts and put together a strategy to mitigate identified risk, ensure customer satisfaction, and secure the renewal.
