Senior Integration

Job Description:
Saab Inc., Land Systems division is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Senior Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer
with experience in weapons and other Department of Defense (DoD) systems engineering test, production support testing, and I&T leadership. The results-oriented candidate should be capable of taking initiative, exhibiting technical knowledge and leadership, demonstrating hands-on complex "system of systems" problem solving, multi-tasking, and providing next generation, innovative solutions, as applicable to the I&T discipline. The candidate will work closely with the project and program leadership, other engineering disciplines, engineering leadership and other functional teams across businesses and locations. This position is located in Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities include:

• Align test processes with organizational goals and business objectives through the use of quantitative measures and metrics to manage the planning, execution, and reporting of IV&T activities.
