Host/Hostess

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
• Provide menus, answer questions about the menu
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
• Handle guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette
• Support other front-of-house duties as required to enhance guest experience
• Previous experience as a Host/Host or in food service role preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
