Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a talented team of couriers.
• Efficiently dispatch orders to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding any delays or issues.
• Identify and report systemic inefficiencies to leadership.
• Train and manage drivers to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in dispatching, preferably with an Amazon DSP.
• Background in delivery driving and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Quick decision-making abilities and good geographic knowledge of Northern California.
• Proficient in typing and computer literacy.
