Role Description

This is a part-time to full-time, in-home Caregiver role located in Longmont, CO. Caregivers will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, preparing meals, providing companionship, ensuring medication reminders, performing light housekeeping, and helping with personal care. Responsibilities are focused on maintaining the comfort, safety, and well-being of clients in their homes while offering compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care services, companionship, and assisting with daily living activities is ideal
• Skills in meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe environment for clients
• The capacity to provide empathetic support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and their families
• Ability to work independently and display a positive, caring attitude
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior caregiving experience is an advantage
