Residential Remodeling Foreman

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Supervisor / Lead (Hands-On) to oversee and execute remodeling projects within the Denver Metro area. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach, combining project management expertise with active participation in on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in construction management, site supervision, and technical proficiency with industry-standard software and tools. This position offers an opportunity to lead dynamic remodeling projects, ensure quality standards, and coordinate teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily construction activities on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution.
• Utilize construction management software JobTread and other construction management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
• Manage subcontractors and labor teams to ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Monitor project budgets and assist with construction estimating and contract management.
• Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform hands-on tasks ( Remodeling)
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Document job progress with photos and notes
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites.
• Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as JobTread ( We will train on this)
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality control.
• Supervising experience with a track record of leading teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients (), subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a hands-on environment while managing complex residential remodeling projects within the Denver Metro area.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 – 40 per week
