• Clinic address: 60 Maclaine Way Shepherdstown, WV
• Work Schedule - Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
• Call requirements - after-hours phone call
• EMR - EPIC
• 4 Physicians and 2 APPs in department
• Expected Patient volume per day
• Expectation of patient age range - birth - 80+
