Senior NPD Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Ability to quickly build connections with internal and external partners

• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

• Very Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T terminologies and schematics

• Knowledge and experience in product development processes and design control is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of design of medical devices preferred.

• Knowledge about GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, ISO 13485 and compliance regulations

• Knowledge on Medical Device Regulatory Standards, MDD and MDR

• Knowledge on Test Method Development, Process Development, Process Capability study, fixture design and development, process V&V, Design V&V

• Experience in PLM Tool (Windchill preferred)

• Ability to be a technical leader on multi-functional teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including but not limited to, the ability to relate technical requirements, listen effectively, influence decision-makers by data and be able to receive constructive input from others.

• Excellent Interpersonal / communication skills, Organizational / planning and Project management skills preferred

• Ability to work efficiently, meet timelines, and communicate status (generate trackers, send emails, etc.)

Salary Range $100,000-$140,000year
