What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the full lifecycle of applications and systems projects from intake through customer delivery, utilizing the SAFe DevSecOps framework
• Lead and manage Agile Scrum teams, products, and delivery processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Partner with technical leads to support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure modernization, and DevSecOps initiatives
• Track and report on project milestones, risks, dependencies, impediments, and escalation items
• Present project vision, strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans to leadership, stakeholders, and governance bodies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience managing IT projects with demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
• Extensive experience managing complex IT initiatives in fast-paced, high-stress environments
• Proven ability to translate project activities into executive-level reports, presentations, and written communications
• Strong experience with project lifecycle management and delivery methodologies

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP and/or SAFe certifications
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
• Prior strategic management or management consulting experience
• Experience managing IT projects within a federal government environment
