Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a designer who is eager to grow, has a strong eye for visual design, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Graphic Designer will support a variety of print and digital projects while adhering closely to established brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all creative materials
• Resize, adapt, and format images and layouts for various print and digital uses
• Prepare and package files correctly for both print production and web delivery including: Instruction diagrams, Specification sheets, Packing lists, Printed flyers, Ads, Web pages and assets (icons, layouts, etc.).
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and deadlines
• Make revisions and updates based on feedback from supervisors
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Support other design and production needs as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow established brand standards consistently
• Team-oriented mindset with a flexible, positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI, Visual Communication, or related field
• Internship or entry-level professional design experience
• Basic understanding of print production processes and web design requirements

Work Environment

• Full-time, in-office position in Draper, Utah
