We are seeking a candidate with experience in outside sales who is highly motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic and who is willing to learn title and escrow sales. This is a great opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company and build a career as a Sales Executive in the title industry.
*The day starts and ends in the office in Livermore, CA, with day travel throughout the work day in the territory.
3+ years of outside sales experience is required.
*This position comes with a base salary, commissions, a generous auto allowance and a cell phone allowance.
Responsibilities include promoting and selling our Title and Escrow services to real estate professionals and lenders. The primary objective is to drive market share and revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The work hours are primarily from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. on weekdays. Attendance at industry events and meetings that may be on weekends and/or after hours may be necessary to establish relationships and develop new business for the company.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional written, verbal, listening and communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. This position requires a person to be self-motivated, able to work independently and as a part of a team.

Position's Pay Range :
