The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive repair and be proficient in operating various types of tow trucks, including flatbeds. Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and other types, to transport vehicles safely.
• Load and unload vehicles with care to prevent damage.
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance, ensuring timely service delivery.
• Conduct basic mechanical inspections on vehicles being towed.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and vehicle conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
• Manage conflict situations calmly and professionally while assisting customers.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

Skills

• Proficient in operating tow trucks and flatbed vehicles.

• Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
