Description:
- Facilitate the definition, development and deployment of the internal systems behind our extraordinary consumer experiences
- Manage overall project scope, cost and schedule, using Agile/Waterfall techniques across multiple teams and with external partners
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
- Work directly with multiple disciplines – operations, software engineering, quality assurance and information technology to manage decisions, deliverables, dependencies and risks
- Establish positive relationships across the organization to achieve alignment and influence direction
- Proactively identify issues and risks; devise and implement risk mitigation strategies across projects
- Prioritize execution of the backlog to optimize delivery across multiple projects to meet customer needs
- Participate in ongoing improvements to Xperi's operational processes and practices
What you'll need to be successful:
- BS or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience managing complex operations and/or software engineering projects
- Experience in portfolio management and budget management
- Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with impact outside of Infrastructure
- Ability to manage competing priorities, and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of using Jira, confluence is a plus
- You have proven experience working in an agile environment
- Experience of Managing projects at Enterprise Level with Network, Server, Storage and database platforms
- You have working knowledge of finance applications, data center and cloud systems (AWS preferred)
- You have demonstrated a record for regularly delivering complex operations or software projects on-time
- You are an excellent verbal and written communicator
- You are a relationship builder that despite assertive nature gets things done and people respect the results
- You have experience working with external partners in a complex, geographically distributed organization
