We're actively interviewing for a full-time position in Philadelphia County. Initially, the position may start off as part-time.

Benefits/Compensation:

  • Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement (between job sites).

  • Fieldwork supervision is available to those needing fieldwork hours towards eventual BCaBA or BCBA certification.

  • Positions offered at $20 - $24/hr
  • Bonus upon earning RBT credential
  • Retention bonus within first 6 months of employment (based upon meeting performance standards)

Qualifications:

Whether you're just starting your career or looking to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you if you meet any of the following criteria:

  • College degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Completion of a 40-hour RBT Training Certificate (2nd edition)
  • Active Credential as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Training Certificate reflecting completion of 30-hour IBHS content modules

Ideal Candidates:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate coursework or a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Early Childhood, Special Education, or a related field is a plus. Please submit unofficial transcripts upon applying.
  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) coursework is advantageous but not mandatory—we value your willingness to learn
  • Passionate about helping children and eager to contribute to their growth and development.

  • Committed to continuous growth and learning with a desire to advance your skills and career.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (Uber and bus/subway transportation don't offer the flexibility needed for this position).
  • Employment is contingent on the successful completion and receipt of required background checks.

Position Hours:

  • Monday - Friday; full-time (30+ hours per week); scheduled between 8am and 6pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Immerse yourself in a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. Provide 1:1 therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, daycares, and community spaces.
  • Participate in comprehensive initial and ongoing training to develop and refine effective ABA therapy skills, setting the foundation for your success.
  • Deliver individualized, intensive early intervention and school-age behavior therapy services (ABA/Applied Behavior Analysis) to children with autism, tailoring your approach to meet each child's unique needs.
  • Receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Licensed Behavior Specialists, ensuring you have the support and mentorship needed to excel in your role.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records by documenting all required data and therapy session summaries promptly and meticulously.
  • Collaborate effectively with supervisors, team members, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's development.
  • Engage in regular training meetings to stay current on best practices and continue your professional development.
