Job Summary
ADVANTAGE APPLIANCE REPAIR is growing fast, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team
This is a high-energy role where no two days are the same. You'll be the friendly voice our customers hear first—taking service requests, solving problems, and keeping our technicians scheduled efficiently so customers get fast, reliable service. Your organization skills, positive attitude, and ability to think on your feet will play a big role in keeping our operation running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Serve as a professional and friendly point of contact by handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers
Schedule service appointments, process payments, and assist with billing inquiries accurately and efficiently
Dispatch and assign service calls strategically based on technician routes, availability, and location
Maintain accurate customer records through timely and detailed data entry
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and service processes
Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple tasks simultaneously while handling frequent calls, emails, and changing priorities
Analyze past service history, appointment data, and technician performance to ensure the right technician is assigned to each job for the best possible outcome
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Previous experience in Appliance Repair background is a huge plus +
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
